When does Santa call?
At the time you pick, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the called phone's local time, using the stricter of the time zone you chose and the phone number's area code. You can change the time or the number up to 1 hour before the call.
What do I tell Santa?
Their name, five things about them, what's on their list, and anything else Santa should know, like a new puppy or great marks at school. Santa brings those into the call. He asks what they're hoping for and talks about their list, warmly, without promising any particular gift, so Christmas morning stays yours.
Is it really Santa?

How does the call work?
You pick a time and the number. We email you the Santa Magic contact card first, so your phone shows "Santa Magic" when he rings. A grown-up answers, then Santa greets your grandchild by name. Calls are never recorded, and nothing your grandchild says is kept.
What if the call can't connect?
Santa tries again a few minutes later, then we email you a link to pick a new time. If we still can't complete the call, we refund it. That's the Santa Promise. Our AI helper (chat at /help, or phone (702) 819-6367) can also change the call time right away, and our team is alerted for anything it can't resolve.
Do the parents need to say yes?
Yes. Because you're not the parent, we email them a short link to confirm the phone number, the time and their consent. Santa calls only after they confirm, and if they don't confirm in time, we refund the call. For more than one grandchild, place one order each.
What do you keep about my grandchild?
Only what Santa needs for your order. Your grandchild's details never go into links, analytics or ads, and we delete them, and the files made for them, 60 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask. Privacy Policy.
