A lip-synced video from an AI-generated Santa in his North Pole study. He greets your child by name and mentions the things you shared. It comes with captions and is usually ready within 15 minutes.

The phone rings. It's Santa.
Santa's AI voice calls at the time you choose, greets your child by name, asks what they're hoping for and talks about their list.
- Calls happen only between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the called phone's local time, using the stricter of the time zone you chose and the phone number's area code.
- A grown-up answers first and hears that Santa's voice is AI-generated, then decides if your child is ready.
- Calls are never recorded, and nothing your child says is kept.
- Ordering as a grandparent? We email the parent to confirm before Santa calls.

The Santa Promise
If anything isn't right, we remake it free
A misspelled name or a detail you'd like changed? Tap "Fix a detail" on your Santa page and it remakes free, as many times as it takes.
What if I change my mind?
Cancel before you tell Santa about your child and we refund you in full. Once an item is made just for your child, we remake it free instead of refunding. Anything we can't deliver, like a call that can't connect after a retry and a reschedule, is refunded, and so is any duplicate charge.
What do you keep about my child?
Only their first name, an age range and the happy details you choose to share. We delete them, and the files made for them, 60 days after delivery. Your child's details never go into links, analytics or ads. Read our Privacy Policy.
Is Santa real?
Santa's voice, video and phone call are made with AI, personalized from the details you share. Read more on our AI disclosure page.
Where does it arrive?
