All three
The letter, the video and the call, for $29.95
Everything Santa makes, together: a letter read aloud in his voice, a video that says your child's name, and a phone call at the time you choose. $44.85 if bought separately, so you save $14.90.

What's included
One order, three moments
You fill in your child's details once. The letter is ready in under a minute, the video usually within 15 minutes, and Santa calls when you said he would.
Personal letter from Santa
A PDF to print and keep, plus an MP3 of Santa reading the same words in his AI-generated voice.
Personal video from Santa
A lip-synced AI-generated Santa greets your child by name from his North Pole study, with captions. Watch, download and share.
Phone call from Santa
Santa's AI voice calls between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time, greets your child by name, asks what they're hoping for and talks about their list. A grown-up answers first. Never recorded, and nothing your child says is kept.
See it together
How the three fit into one Christmas
Soon after you order
The letter and the video
Both appear on your private Santa page as soon as they're ready, and we email you the link. Watch them first; if anything needs changing, "Fix a detail" remakes it free.
At the time you pick
Then Santa calls
Choose the day and time when you tell Santa about your child. Santa calls from (702) 659-8066; save the Santa Magic contact card we email you and that's what your phone shows.
- Change the time or number up to 1 hour before.
- No answer? Santa tries once more, then we email you a link to pick a new time.
- Ordering as a grandparent? We email the parent to confirm first.
Questions
Good to know about the bundle
Already ordered the letter?
You can add the video or the call afterwards from your Santa page or the help center, at the add-on price shown there. Adding both completes the set at the $29.95 bundle price.
What if the call can't connect?
Santa tries again a few minutes later, then we email you a link to pick a new time. If we still can't complete the call, we refund the call's share of the bundle price ($13.32), and you keep the letter and video.
What's the Santa Promise?
Free remakes, as many times as it takes. Items made just for your child aren't refunded, but anything we can't deliver is, and so are duplicate charges. Cancel before you tell Santa about your child and you get a full refund. Details are in our Terms of Sale.
Is it all made with AI?
Yes. Santa's voice, video and phone call are AI-generated, personalized from the details you share. Read our AI disclosure.
