After checkout you tell Santa about your grandchild once and add their parents' email. Everything goes straight to the parents, ready to share: the letter in under a minute, the video usually within 15 minutes, and Santa's call once the parents say yes.
Personal letter from Santa
A PDF to print and keep, plus an MP3 of Santa reading the same words in his AI-generated voice. Santa says it comes with love from Grandma and Grandpa, or however you sign it.
Personal video from Santa
A lip-synced AI-generated Santa greets your grandchild by name from his North Pole study, with captions. The parents can watch, download and share it.
Phone call from Santa
Santa's AI voice calls the number you give between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time, greets your grandchild by name and talks about their list. We email the parents first and Santa only calls once they confirm. A grown-up answers first. Never recorded, and nothing your grandchild says is kept.

You tell Santa about them
Their name, five happy things about them and what's on their list. Choose how Santa signs off, like Grandma and Grandpa or Nana and Papa, and add a short note to the parents if you like.
Soon after you order
The letter and the video go to the parents
We email the parents a private link naming you as the giver, so they can share it at the right moment. You get a note that it's on its way. If anything needs changing, "Fix a detail" remakes it free.
Once the parents say yes
Then Santa calls
Pick a day and time at least 3 hours ahead. We email the parents to confirm, then Santa calls from (702) 659-8066.
- The time or number can be changed up to 1 hour before.
- No answer? Santa tries once more, then we email a link to pick a new time.
- If the parents don't confirm, the call is refunded automatically.

Good to know, Grandma and Grandpa
Does it go to me or to the parents?
To the parents. After checkout, enter their email on the Tell Santa form and the letter, the video and the call details go straight to them, ready to share. Santa's call needs the parents' email, because they confirm it before Santa rings. Your checkout email gets your receipt and a note that it's on its way.
More than one grandchild?
Place one order for each grandchild, so Santa can make every letter, video and call just for them.
Already sent a letter?
You can add the video or the call afterwards from the Santa page or the help center, at the add-on price shown there. Adding both completes the set at the $29.95 bundle price.
What if the call can't connect?
Santa tries again a few minutes later, then we email a link to pick a new time. If we still can't complete the call, or the parents don't confirm it, we refund the call's share of the bundle price ($13.32), and the letter and video stay theirs.
What's the Santa Promise?
Free remakes, as many times as it takes. Items made just for your grandchild aren't refunded, but anything we can't deliver is, and so are duplicate charges. Cancel before you tell Santa about your grandchild and you get a full refund. Details are in our Terms of Sale.
