Santa, made with AI

1.How each product is made

• The letter. AI writing tools draft your letter from our templates plus the details you share. The MP3 is Santa reading those exact words in an AI-generated voice.
• The video. A personal video from an AI-generated Santa, lip-synced to the same AI voice, made for your child from your details. Lip-syncing takes about 10 minutes, so your video is usually ready within 15 minutes. Our videos show "AI-generated Santa" on screen.
• The phone call. Santa's AI voice calls at the time you pick. The call begins with a short message for the grown-up saying it's the call booked through A Little Santa Magic and that Santa's voice is AI-generated, and asks whether your child is ready. A grown-up should be there.
• Images and samples. Santa, his study and the families in our photos and videos are AI-generated illustrations. Sample children are fictional.

2.You stay in charge

AI can make mistakes. Everything appears on your private Santa page before you share it, so you can watch it first. If a name is mispronounced or a detail is wrong, tap "Fix a detail" and we remake it free under the Santa Promise.

3.What Santa will and won't do

• Santa greets your child by first name and uses only the details you gave us.
• Santa won't promise specific gifts, ask for personal information (like last names, addresses or schools), ask your child to keep secrets or mention anything for sale.
• If your child raises something worrying, Santa responds gently and suggests talking to a grown-up.
• If a grown-up asks whether Santa is a real person, the call says truthfully that Santa's voice is AI-generated.
• Calls are not recorded, and we don't keep a transcript or anything your child says.

4.Our AI support assistant

Our help center chat and first email replies come from Santa's Helper, an AI assistant. It can find your order, resend files, fix details and change call times. Remakes are free, as many times as it takes, and for anything it can't resolve our team is alerted and replies by email. You can also call it at (702) 819-6367. It never claims to be Santa or a human, and it doesn't push extras unless you ask about them.

5.Your details are not used to train AI

We don't use your child's details, letters, videos or calls to train AI models, and our service providers aren't allowed to either. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep things (child details are deleted 60 days after delivery).

6.Partner keepsakes and paid links

Some pages and emails suggest keepsakes, like ornaments and storybooks, that are sold and shipped by other companies. We earn a commission if you buy through these links, at no extra cost to you. Each partner link is labeled "Paid link" right next to it.

• You buy from the partner under its own terms, prices and privacy policy, and it handles shipping and returns.
• Partner prices are set by the partner and may change.
• We never send your child's name or details to a partner, and never put them in partner links. If you type a name on a partner's site, that partner's privacy policy applies.
• We don't publish reviews or testimonials unless they're real.

7.Our emails

• Order emails (receipts, delivery links, call reminders) are about your order only.
• Emails we send to a parent on a grandparent's order, including the call confirmation, contain no advertising.
• Marketing emails go only to the grown-up buyer, say they're an offer from A Little Santa Magic, include our postal address and have a one-click unsubscribe.
• Any email with partner links says so: "This email includes paid links to partner keepsakes. We earn a commission if you buy."
