Questions
Is the letter really free?
Yes. Santa's personal letter comes with the video at no extra charge: you pay $14.95 once for both. On its own the letter is $9.95. There is nothing to add at checkout.
When will they arrive?
The letter is usually ready in under a minute and the video usually within 15 minutes after you tell Santa about your child. Both appear on your private Santa page, and we email you the link.
Is this the real Santa?
Santa in the video is an AI-generated digital performer with an AI-generated voice, not a real person, and every video shows "AI-generated Santa" on screen. The letter's recording uses the same AI voice. How we make Santa.
What if something isn't right?
That's the Santa Promise: tell us and we remake it free, as many times as it takes. If the video can't be made, we refund the $14.95.
What do you keep about my child?
Only what Santa needs for your order. Your child's details never go into links, analytics or ads, and we delete them, and the files made for them, 60 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask. Privacy Policy.
